We reserve the right not to tattoo any offensive, racial or discriminatory tattoos, including tattoos containing any offensive language.

• We reserve the right to not tattoo you if we believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• We reserve the right to not tattoo you if you do not complete a tattoo consent form and do not comply with the terms & conditions within said consent form.
• We reserve the right to not proceed with the tattoo if we deem necessary.
• We reserve the right not to tattoo the face or genitalia area.

We have a zero tolerance on offensive language and behavior. We expect you to conduct yourself in a respectful manner at all times, with respectful behavior towards Visual Bliss Body Art Studio staff and clients. If your behavior causes undue stress or offense to Visual Bliss Body Art Studio staff or clients, you may be asked to leave the premises.

Deposits

All deposits are non refundable.No artwork or designing will be commenced until a deposit has been placed.Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.

Appointment

You must notify the studio within 48 hours if you cannot keep your appointment and wish to reschedule. Your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.

Schedule

If you fail to schedule your appointment within 45 days after your deposit has been placed and you have made no contact with the studio during that time, your deposit will be forfeit and any artwork created for you will become available as 'tattoo flash'.
